About

CCE Members Interact With Policy Experts In An Informal Off The Record Environment.

The Council of Chief Executives (CCE) was established to provide a forum for retired and former chief executives that fosters a greater understanding of major public policy issues.
Membership is comprised of more than 100 former presidents and/or CEO’s, most of whom are former members of the Business Council or The Business Roundtable. Though no longer in their executive roles, they remain active on public company boards and are actively engaged in issues and activities that impact the business community today.

Our History

The Council of Chief Executives was established in 2002, to provide an educational and deliberative forum for its members to interact with leaders in government and the private sectors. Members gain a greater understanding of major public policy issues and share their experience with fellow members.  Today, the organization has more than 100 members and meets twice each year.
